between Feb. 1, 2014 and Feb. 6, 2017, could get cash from this class
action settlement.


Numerous Vizio class action lawsuits accused the electronics
manufacturer of violating consumer privacy laws including the Video
Privacy Protection Act, as well as the Electronic Communications Privacy
Act.



The Vizio smart TV class action settlement is expected to provide
between $13 and $31 to Class Members who file a valid and timely claim.

What we learned so far

The aces looked bad , 3 players still in Europe, no chemistry and a short season. Maybe 8/9 wins. Dallas looked good sunday, and could sneak into the semis. The sun just overwhelmed the aces and chiney played , if she's plays her way back to form. The sun could be champions.         My action for today I played 10.5 with the sparks last night. The fever are badly coached and play 4 rookies, who trying to learn the league and chemistry, much less be able to stop gray, lavender and sims. If Parker gets started minutes it should be a blowout.

Season starts today

Dallas Wings brought back Liz Cambage, her pick and roll game meshes well with Skylar Diggins. I dontexpect them to run as often as they did in past seasons. Im not sure that playing with Cambage with allow the pace. But her interior defense was sorely needed in Dallas. I do have them as a dark horse title contender.

Phoenix Mercury, they did resign Bonner. It may be Taurasi's last season, she did not play in Europe this past off-season. Can she reduces the number of 3's taken per game and a few of those goto Griner on the blocks.

Connecticutt Sun, last seasons surprising 21 wins. They had a number of young players develop and the return Of Chiney Ogwimuke makes this team the one to beat in the east.

Atlanta Dream should be much improved, a needed coaching change but they will still run but try to defend more. Angel is back from a year off to rest. They signed Renee montgomery for backcourt depth and 3 point shooting.
